  • Yes, all courses are insurable, enabling you to obtain coverage and practice professionally after completion.

  • Upon completing the course, you'll receive a TBP-recognised certificate as proof of your professional training

  • If you don't pass the course, you'll need to retake the required exams to meet certification standards.

  • You'll receive a certificate after passing the theory and practical exams, proving your competence for insurance and employment

  • Course duration and timelines vary depending on the course you choose. Please check the specific details for each course when you enrol.

  • After completing the course and earning your certificate, you can secure insurance to practice confidently and legally

  • Our TBP-accredited courses are recognised by top insurers, making you eligible for professional insurance.

  • - Due to the nature of the product and hygiene reasons, we have a non-refundable and exchangeable policy. 

    - All orders are final once the order has be placed.

    - All lashes my differ slightly as they are handmade to their individual arrangement.

  • Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to ensure our products reach you no matter where you are! The client is responsible for covering the custom charges.

  • You can find all our shipping and delivery details here.

  • If your order is eligible for return, No, return shipping costs are not covered. Customers are responsible for the return postage fees.

  • If you are a small business that's okay! You can make a wholesale order of just 25 items per items.

  • Wholesale deliveries need a processing time of up to 14 working days. Your order is then shipped out via Royal Mail. We do not accept deliveries to P.O Boxes.

  • Not at all! We support all businesses no matter the size.

  • Yes, all our products available online are available at wholesale. We do not sell white- label or customisation items.
