Refunds & Exchanges
At Vee Beauty, we have a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with seals intact, and in the same condition as received (unused, sealed, and with tags).

Please note:
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Due to hygiene reasons, all liquids and opened products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Free or promotional items, including those received as part of "Buy 5 Get 1 Free," clearance items, and sale products, are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Orders made using a gift card are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a return label for you to send the item back. Once we receive and inspect the return, and confirm it is faulty, we will issue a refund or exchange the item. Please note, faulty items must still be sealed and unopened.
Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

There will be no refunds after the service is rendered. If for some reason you have a problem with your service, you will have 24 hours to reach out to us and have the issue solved at the earliest convenience.
