Salon Booking Policy
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all salon policies outlined below.
1. Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed at checkout.

Your deposit will be deducted from your final payment.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason.

The remaining balance is due in full on the day of your appointment.

We accept cash, credit/debit card.Cancellations & Rescheduling
2. Cancellations
-
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
-
Failure to cancel within this timeframe will be considered a no-show.
-
A no-show fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

Any non-refundable deposits will not be returned or applied to future bookings.

Rescheduling
-
You may reschedule your appointment once within the same calendar month without requiring a new deposit, provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice.

If you reschedule more than once or fail to provide sufficient notice, a new deposit and appointment will be required.
3. Refunds & Service Satisfaction

There will be no refunds after the service has been rendered.

If, for any reason, you experience an issue with your service, you must contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will be happy to resolve your concern at the earliest available opportunity.
4. Infills Policy
Timing
-
Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain optimal results.
Eligibility
-
To qualify for an infill appointment, at least 50% of the product must remain intact, with no significant lifting or damage.
Missing Nails
-
If more than 3 nails are missing, you must book a removal and full set instead.
-
Missing nails can be replaced individually for £3 per nail.
Foreign Infills
-
We are happy to infill work from other salons provided the existing product is in good condition. If not, a removal and full set may be required.
5. Ombré Brow Appointments – Restrictions
-
You must be 18 years of age or older.
-
You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
-
Do not consume alcohol or caffeine within 48 hours before your appointment.
-
Do not apply retinol to the treatment area within 48 hours prior.
-
All makeup must be fully removed before arrival.
-
For safety and comfort, no guests are allowed on the premises during your appointment.
6. Weather Policy & Lash Retention
Due to the current hot weather conditions:

We will not be offering free refills or refunds for lash retention concerns.
-
Lash retention in heat and humidity is beyond our control.
-
It is your responsibility to reschedule your appointments if you feel weather may affect your results.
Aftercare Requirements
-
Lashes must be shampooed 3–4 times per week to maintain hygiene and retention.
-
Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your lashes.
Agreement
By booking any appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all of the above Terms & Conditions.
