1. No Refund Policy
All course fees are non-refundable. Once payment has been made and your course is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your course booking, you must notify us at least 7 days before the start date of your course. Cancellations made within this period will not result in a refund, but we may offer the option to reschedule (see the rescheduling policy below). Failure to notify us of your cancellation may result in forfeiting the course without the option to reschedule.
3. Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your course, but it must be done within the same month as your original booking. Rescheduling outside of this window may result in additional charges or forfeiting your place in the course. Please contact us in advance to arrange a new date.
4. Payment Policy
Once a type of payment has been agreed upon (e.g., pay in full or pay in instalments), it cannot be switched without prior consent from Vee Beauty. Any requests to change payment methods are at the discretion of Vee Beauty. Late payments will incur a fee of £10 for each day the payment is overdue.
5. Ownership of Course Content
All course materials, content, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of Vee Beauty. Copying, distributing, or reproducing any course materials without express written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
6. Proof of Qualification
For advanced courses, you are required to provide proof of your qualifications. Please send your qualification certificates to education@veebeauty.co.uk, and ensure that you include your full name and the name of the course you purchased in the email.
7. Liability Waiver
Vee Beauty is not liable for any personal injury, damage to property, or loss incurred during the course. Students participate in practical training at their own risk.
8. Course Attendance
It is the student’s responsibility to attend all scheduled classes. Failure to attend without prior notification may result in losing your place in the course. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.
9. Punctuality and Lateness
Students are expected to arrive on time for all classes. Late arrivals may disrupt the session and result in missing essential information, which could affect course outcomes. Consistent lateness may lead to a discussion with instructors regarding your ongoing participation.
10. Kit Provision
For each course, you will receive a complimentary kit worth over £200. The contents of the kit are tailored to the specific course and cannot be exchanged for other products or monetary value.
11. Certificates
Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of both the theory and practical components of the course. Failure to meet the course requirements will result in the need to resit exams or practical assessments.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any personal information you provide, including proof of qualifications, will be used solely for course administration purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
13. Insurance
It is the student's responsibility to obtain their own professional insurance upon course completion. Vee Beauty does not provide insurance, but our courses are insurable with recognized providers once you have received your certificate.
14. Code of Conduct
We expect all students to behave respectfully and professionally during the course. Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misconduct may result in immediate removal from the course without refund or certification.
15. Course Updates
Vee Beauty reserves the right to update course content, pricing, and scheduling at any time. Students will be informed in advance of any significant changes that may affect their course.
16. Force Majeure
Vee Beauty is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee refunds or rescheduling.
17. Course Materials Access
Students will have access to online course materials for a limited period following course completion. This access will last for three months, after which materials will no longer be available.
18. Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years old to enrol in our courses. A valid form of identification may be required.
19. Health and Safety
All students must adhere to health and safety regulations during practical sessions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the course.
20. Feedback and Evaluation
Students may be asked to complete feedback forms at the end of the course. All feedback is collected anonymously to ensure that your opinions can be shared freely and used to improve our offerings.
