Cancellation Policy

You are able to change your appointment date with the same month without a new deposit, but must do so 72 hours in advance. You are allowed one reschedule without a new deposit, but subsequent changes require a new appointment and deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. - Failure to cancel within this timeframe will be considered a "no-show." - A no-show fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. - Any non-refundable deposits will not be returned.
