Service Description
Timing: Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain the best results. Eligibility: To qualify for an infill appointment, at least 50% of the product must remain intact, with no significant lifting. Missing Nails: If more than 2 nails are missing, please book a removal and full set instead. Missing nails are charged at £3 per nail. Foreign Infills: We are happy to accept infills from other salons, provided the existing product is in good condition. Includes: - Short Smile lines - 1 Colour ombre - 1 Feature nail *Basic freestyles / freestyle sets are not included in this. Please select the required "add ons" below if you want these.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive with bare, natural nails. If you require a removal, it must be booked in advance. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being canceled. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: You are able to change your appointment date with the same month without a new deposit, but must do so 72 hours in advance. You are allowed one reschedule without a new deposit, but subsequent changes require a new appointment and deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. |- Failure to cancel within this timeframe will be considered a "no-show." - A no-show fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. - Any non-refundable deposits will not be returned.
